Nicholas Calace is a mobbed up city boss. He is using his position to steal from the city. It just goes to show you how deep the corruption runs in this town. We are taking pay cuts. We are about to get hit with a huge increase in our pension payments. We pay huge taxes and fees because we have to live in the city. Meanwhile these guys are stealing the money. Politicians, mobsters, Daley's nephews and friends and every other connected crook in this city are ripping us off. It reminds me of the scene from "Goodfellas" where merchandise is coming in the front door and going straight out the back door. It's all a front to steal from us.

  1. I am sure they will say it was just coincidence or human error-if it was you or I they would probably make us cover the cost to remove the light.

  2. Mayor Daley will give him a hefty raise and a promotion to another department.

(notice; he already had an alley light right behind the pole, but was not satisfied that a shadow might interfere with his pool party pleasure. How about let the taxpayers decide his fate?)

  3. In ground pools are not permited in Chicago. I'd like to see his permit. That pool should be dug up and backfilled. If it was you or I we would be fined heavily until the pool was removed.

  4. I was under the impression that they are permitted but the permit is over $20,000 dollars. Can anyone comment on this?
