PRANK CALLS

Another story about prank calls to 911. Yet nobody seems to be able to stop it. Why not start charging people for calls to 911. You could charge more each time someone calls. Do it weekly. First call of the week is free. Second call is 25 cents. Third call is 50 cents. Fourth call - a dollar. Tenth call - ten dollars. Then when the bill payer gets the bill the prank caller gets their ass kicked. You could find some kind of formula where legitimate callers would not be discouraged from calling. I'm sure they have statistics to help them figure out when and how much to charge. I call 911 maybe 3 or 4 times a year. Usually to try and help people stranded on the highway. I would not have to pay anything so I would not be discouraged from calling. Some kid who calls everyday after school would be discouraged after the ass whooping. Maybe they could start paying overtime with all the money they would make.
