WOW, you totally missed the whole point!
I meant spending money on producing a video of how great OEMC is, or what we do. You must know that a professional video like that, made in this city, by a clouted video company (Peter Karl maybe?), charged the city a ton of money to praise OEMC.
Who cares about OEMC?
Everybody that lives here knows that you call 911 for Emergency Service (police & fire) and 311 for non-emergency, so why make a video to advertise it?

THAT'S WHY THIS CITY IS GOING BROKE.
Is it necessary to advertise public services;
Take the CTA to travel around town!
Go to the Library to read a book!
Are we that stupid not to know this stuff?
