I dislike cop shows because they are grossly inaccurate, almost to the point of insult. The public has no clue to how the criminal justice system works, or how police departments run. It's bad enough that public ignorance has such influence on public policy, but cranking out this type of trash is salt on the wounds.
The world would be a better place if people stopped thinking CSI is real.
Now this show... holy wow. Might as well have thrown in some space ships, aliens, and laser guns to make it interesting because it sure as hell ain't true.
